Preparation Method:
Buffalo Butter is slow-boiled over a low flame until it clarifies.
Fenugreek and cumin seeds are dry-roasted separately, cooled, and powdered.
During the final boiling stage, we infuse the butter with turmeric, garlic, cardamom, betel leaf stalk, salt, and the roasted spice powders.
